El Libertador Galopante was founded in Guatemala on May 1, 2023, as a newspaper dedicated to documenting the growth of the libertarian movement in the region. Over time, it evolved into a space for rebellious voices seeking to spread and strengthen the ideal of freedom. Today, with a presence in several Spanish-speaking countries, it continues to expand with the mission of challenging state power and advancing toward a freer society.

Taxes are contributions made by citizens to provide the Government with economic resources to cover its expenses. In order to avoid freeloading, taxes are mandatory and, consequently, their adoption generally requires a sufficiently large consensus.
